Purchase & Cancellation Policy – Ghost Cotton

Each Ghost Cotton piece is prepared with care, whether made to order or released in limited quantities. Because of this, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate cancellations within a short window before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Because many pieces are handmade or produced specifically for each order, all sales are considered final once production begins.
