Refund Policy – Ghost Cotton

Each Ghost Cotton piece is made with care and intention. Because many items are handmade or produced to order, all sales are final, with exceptions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing
• Natural variations in color, texture, or print, which are part of the handmade process
